After I wrote about AppleTV+, many thanks to those who suggested I check out For All Mankind. It’s great!
I think I had been reluctant to invest in a history that doesn’t exist...especially after The Man in the High Castle kind of petered out...but it’s super involving and beautifully told.
I should have known—Ron Moore is a brand I can trust!
The show plays beautifully to those of us weaned on 2001:A Space Odyssey and Apollo optimism of the ‘60s… it’s what we hoped for and didn’t get. The show explains why.
