Here is a lovely video by filmmaker Paul Goldsmith of Sara and Emily Horner discussing James Horner in his studio, which is practically untouched from when he tragically passed away in 2015.
Apparently this is from three years ago, but was just discussed this morning on the FSM Message Board after somebody found it (ripped off) on YouTube.
James was a very unique person who essentially had Asperger’s Syndrome (as disclosed here) and emotionally used his music to connect to other people.
Really moving and evocative.
If you have intense interests, find social cues confusing, or prefer routine, you might find an Aspergers test to be very validating. It can help explain experiences you've had your whole life.
