Kickstarter Update

It’s 14 days after our campaign closed so today’s the happy day where I get the Kickstarter payout...only for some reason the initial deposit is going to be less than I expected, and this is taking into account the platform and credit card fees. I will research. So much fun!

But that’s all my problem—the good news for you is that development is continuing on the new FSM site and also on our production of all the perks. “She’ll launch on time, sir.” Maybe even a little ahead of schedule?

I had been concerned for the longest time about the early FSM issues being in a file format that I can no longer open on my Mac. But our friend Jeff Eldridge researched and found a simple way to convert using Google Drive—and they all open up nearly perfectly. So that’s a relief, not only for the Best of FSM book, but the website archive. Also, because I proofread the issues so maniacally back in the day, I don’t even think we’ll have to do much copyediting.
