It’s the complete Star Trek: The Next Generation cast on a talk show hosted by Mariette Hartley (she had a talk show?). Look at those kids!
The video is undated but I would guess this was to tie-in with TNG’s September 1987 debut. So the cast had probably been filming together for four months.
