UPS Hell

I have always liked UPS. We were friendly with the drivers when I was a kid. I always thought they were a great company.
They just hosed me so bad I am beside myself. We had a large order to a customer in Denmark—but they simply returned the package to me, claiming they were unable to deliver.
The customer never heard from them. No phone call, no email, no door tags. And I never heard from them. My phone number was printed on the label!
On top of that, they are billing me $520 to return the package to me!
I have already spent hours getting the runaround from their various offices.
It takes a lot for me to complain about something like this, especially in public. But I’m just outraged at this.
Well after they destroyed the package I was trying to get from you, at least these items were returned. But I agree, their service has gone downhill. PS I had to stick the CC on them to get my money back.
Well you know what they say about Brown: They’re number two.💩
Lukas, I'm linking the general and higher-level UPS contact information provided on the website of Chris Elliott, a well-known consumer advocate and troubleshooter (he started as mainly a travel advocate and expanded over the years into general consumer advocacy). If emailing the executive contacts noted on the page at this link (keep scrolling) doesn't help, try requesting advocate help from Elliott's group at the website.

UPS was great once upon a time, but now whenever I have a delivery from them (which frankly has become pretty rare) it seems like at least 50% of the time something goes horribly wrong. Even the USPS is superior.
Unbelievable. They are rip off. They charged me 25 grand as standard for my 12 cds without even contesting the custom tariffs. Pathetic customer service they gave me false information throughout. That's why I requested you not to use UPS.
