The Hateful Eight

I only now watched The Hateful Eight (on Netflix) and after a slow start—yeah, I get it.

I remember when Pulp Fiction was brand new. I was in college and some of the cool kids were like, “We gotta go see this new movie.”

I am not one to stand in line for the new Tarantino film (obvious, since I took ten years to watch The Hateful Eight) but I definitely admire and respect what he does.

Exactly how he does it is something I always try to analyze—and maybe one day I’ll figure it out.

Loved the Morricone score and glad the Maestro won his richly deserved competitive Oscar.
